Install Monitoring (MEMU)

 

EECO2 have developed a bespoke Mobile Energy Monitoring Unit (MEMU) which can collect data from the plant/facility being upgraded. See MEMU link for details

The MEMU will provide a detailed picture of energy costs of the plant/facility which will aid when reporting and verifying the project completion savings.x

Planning and Development

 

Ensuring the project remains within scope when selecting products, equipment and labour is the key to success.

EECO2 have the experience to either work alongside the Clients’ purchasing department or take on the purchase role completely and guarantee the scope is adhered to.

 

Procurement

 

From setting up site until handover, EECO2 Project Management will work with the Client in completing an incident free project whilst remaining within budget, scope and programme. Close monitoring forward planning is essential to reduce delays and EECO2 have the experience to see the project through to completion.

Report savings (MEMU)

 

Verifying the Return-of-Investment is essential to the Client and Shareholders. The ability to monitor pre & post contact energy use and produce a final report can be achieved by the installation of an EECO2 MEMU (Mobile Energy Monitoring Unit). See MEMU section for details

 

EECO2 have successfully reported the energy savings in projects ranging from £10k to >£500k by installing a MEMU at the project outset. The unit can remain on site for the duration of the project and is monitored by EECO2 and the Client through the various stages of construction.

Completion and Handover

 

Commissioning and Validation need to be handled correctly to provide the Client with a complete facility following alteration work.

EECO2 can provide assistance in both areas using in-house experience and keeping to current regulations.

 

Commissioning is often seen as the hold-up for the handover of a project – we know this from experience and ensure a complete Commissioning period is allowed for when producing the Project Programme
